Each day is a different protocol with different movements in order to challenge the mind and body in order to break past plateaus and comfort zones. It’s a must for anyone wanting to go to the next level in their health and fitness.

ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. This class is appropriate for beginners!
