Bootcamp - 5:30-6:30am
This class incorporates cardio HIIT training, strength & resistance exercises, and flexibility & stability work to give you a fully well-rounded workout to help you improve range of motion, coordination, bone density, and heart & lung health. Each day is a different protocol with different movements in order to challenge the mind and body in order to break past plateaus and comfort zones. It’s a must for anyone wanting to go to the next level in their health and fitness.

It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. This class is appropriate for beginners!

This exciting, High Intensity Interval Training class is a fun way to incorporate cardio, strength training, agility, and mobility into your workouts. The workouts will vary from class to class so each session is fresh, exciting, and provides a unique challenge while providing a big calorie burn. All fitness levels welcome as all exercises can be modified to meet the needs of the individual. Come join us for this fun class - Drop ins welcome, no contracts required!
