This class incorporates cardio HIIT training, strength & resistance exercises, and flexibility & stability work to give you a fully well-rounded workout to help you improve range of motion, coordination, bone density, and heart & lung health. Each day is a different protocol with different movements in order to challenge the mind and body in order to break past plateaus and comfort zones. It’s a must for anyone wanting to go to the next level in their health and fitness.
Cardio and Core - 4:30-5:30pm
This fun, fast moving class is designed to torch calories and boost metabolism all while gaining core strength. Each class is never the same and will utilize a variety of techniques such as cardio kickboxing, step, HIIT and basic calisthenics. To polish off your core, the class will finish with 20 minutes of core specific strength exercises. Class is designed for all levels, making it a perfect fit for everyone.

ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
