This class incorporates cardio HIIT training, strength & resistance exercises, and flexibility & stability work to give you a fully well-rounded workout to help you improve range of motion, coordination, bone density, and heart & lung health. Each day is a different protocol with different movements in order to challenge the mind and body in order to break past plateaus and comfort zones. It’s a must for anyone wanting to go to the next level in their health and fitness.
Zumba® Toning - 12:00-1:00pm
This awesome class blends body-sculpting techniques and specific ZUMBA moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. Participants use weighted, maraca-like ZUMBA Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength.
Deskercise - 12:30-12:45pm
This is a free, fun, and positive mid-day break designed to get you moving and feel energized for the rest of your day. This class is live and interactive on Facebook and we want to hear from you! No equipment or workout clothes needed, just bring yourself and your friends, co-workers or whoever is around! We will work on increasing mobility, flexibility and have fun in the process. Join us every Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 for a fun 15 minute re-boost of energy!

Savate Strength - 6:00-7:00pm
This class combines martials arts technique with fast paced cardio & strength training exercises. Savate is a kickboxing art which encompasses boxing with both your hands and feet. For the first 40 minutes of class, you'll learn and practice the art of Savate footfighting, followed by 20 minutes of strength training to help you build stamina, strength, and coordination. It is a NON-CONTACT class.

Created by celebrity fitness trainer, "Beto" Perez, ZUMBA says, “Ditch the workout and join the party!” This class is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! ZUMBA utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
